Infectious once specialized in laptop, iPhone and iPod skins, as well as skateboards and wall decals, created by artist who submit their work. There is the option to view and vote on various artwork, as they run contests constantly. This was all good and great, but just recently they introduced art prints! Yippee! So the same designs they had before are now available in various size prints (11x17 inches to 24x36 inches) and are completely inexpensive ($19.99 to $59.99)! I'm loving the two above (these are crops of the originals), with the top one by James Hancock, titled The High Seas, and the bottom one by Stuntkid (aka Jason Levesque), titled Loose Lips.
These art prints are printed on photorealistic grade paper 8Mil / 200g/m2 using high ink limit for high color saturation/high opacity. They have a lustre finish and will look somewhere in between matte and shiny. Infectious says there may be some slight differences in the cropping of the artwork between sizes, but other wise, the print should look just as you see it (minus the fact that your computer screen dispays color using light, RGB and a printed piece does not, CMYK.
